I finally managed to make the time for hair. I haven't been too active on the hair making front. Busy in RL with work. But I'm really excited for HAIR FAIR 09 as I didn't make it into last years. Finally A New Do!!

Yes i got off my butt and finally made a new style. A nice romantic updo with just a bit of flexi. I'm trying to learn how to sculpt so i can use in my styles soon. No promises. Stop by the store to see the new textures. I've replaces some of the browns with different shades and the black is not so black. Hope you like, i'll be switching old styles to new textures when i get time.

I'd like to take this opportunity to pay tribute to those who defended our countries during all wars. As it is Remembrance Day in Canada, i'd like to honor those who gave their lives to let us live free. In addition I pay tribute to a member of our SL Designer community, Ginny Talamasca. His spirit will live on through his creations. Dazzle was one of the first stores i shopped at when i first came in game. I can still picture the store. You will be remembered even though some of us didn't know you personally.

Well i have lacked creativeness the last few months. Since starting my new job after being off work for a year and then a month ago my mom suffered a stroke and had to have open heart surgery, my energy for for making things in game and been slim to none. I've managed to shop and keep up on the latest trends in SL. Halloween's coming which i did get my store decorated a bit. But it might be moving again by the end of the month to what i hope to be my new permanent home that my friends invited me to live on. I'll try to get my inspiration back to make some hair or even see if i can find time to learn sculpties to incorporate in some styles. But it doesn't seem easy to learn. Maybe i can get someone to show me ;) Anyway, that's my update for now. Hairapy will be one year old next month and i'd like to try and do something special for my anniversary. New Flexi Do

I finally got this one done. I only started it two weeks ago. Long weekend got me sidetracked. Hopefully with summer coming to an end I can spend more my free time in game making things again. My main store that was on Angel Haven has officially moved and is now location on Hillcrest Estates. Not far from Tracy Scofield's Encore store. This location may only be temporary for a few months. We'll see. But anyway, here is my new flexi do using some brush like textures. They are not perfect i know but looks nice. Hope you like. Link to store is on this blog or in my pics of my profile. Time to clear out some older hairstyles. Just when i had time to go in game and make some new signs etc., the game is acting up. So i don't have my sign out in the store on where the styles are, but they are in the inner walls when you first walk in the door of the main store. Janet, Vanessa, Taryn, Tracy, and Casual Pinup (my first style) are all now reduced. Singles were 149L, now 89L. Two color packs were 248L, now 175L. And the Fat Pack was 1349L, now 799L. So if you liked these styles, come and grab them while they last. Sale will be on for two weeks. Hopefully i'll get to some new releases to fill in the spaces after that. New Retro Do!

Heather is a new do inspired by a picture i found of a 60's style do. The headband has a color changing flower on it, just touch and pick color from menu. I also made two different bang styles with this wig. This picture i had showed blunt bangs, but i know not everyone likes them or are suited for them. So i enclosed two options, fringe and swoop bangs. Hope you like!!!

It's finally here!! The fair looks amazing. So many great styles!! Something for everyone. Stop by Hairapy's booth and try the new styles, color samples are also available in the booth. New Hair Out!

I finally got myself focused enough to get a hair out this week. Just been busy getting ready for Hair Fair and setting up at the new Hairspray Sim. So here's a just past the shoulders sexy style, Fallon. It's fun and flexi. I also changed my Natural Blonde for this style. So i added the sample demo to the sample display if you'd like to try it out. If i hear most like it over the other Natural Blonde i'll replace it in all the styles. Let me know what you think.

New Revised Do & Two Updated Styles

By request of a customer who loved the Drew Do, i made Drew II. A bit longer in style at the back. Kind of natural and sexy. Also i updated two of the remaining styles to the new colors, Faith & Taryn. Just one more to go, Linn. Then i'll be on to make 2 more styles for the Hair Fair and probably make up a freebie hair package for the fair as well. So that's what i'll be busy doing. I'll try and get another out for the store soon too. Hope you like!!!

Today i worked on recoloring a few of the older styles. I ended up playing with the prims some and fixed up the bangs, side wisps and some flexi piece placement a bit. I think the bangs on Bridget are much better. And Tracy style seems a bit more sorted. I hope you like and are enjoying the new color selections.

I've changed my posters. I'll be using various color backgrounds with the ads but similar style and layout. I've also been working on a new line up for hair textures. I've updated Bree since it was the latest style released in these new colors. I've grouped colors in two's for color packs since there is 14 colors now. New Short Style

This is a shorter style requested by a customer. She requested an exclusive version but this is the modded style I released in store. Sophisticated and fun short with a bit of flex in the back. I also added a few new color textures with this release. Silver was a big seller so i replaced it with a chunky black brown streaked color texture. Also chestnut brown is offered in place of the golden brown. I hope you like!!!

I starting playing around with a style and came up with Drew. I think it's my favourite to date. Hip and trendy with flex. Come on by the store and try on a demo. New Store Sign/Logo

Thanx to my wonderful friend Tracy, I've got a new style in my store sign. I believe it is more professional looking than my original sign. I'm currently working on rearranging the store to style sections of hair; short, curly, mid lengths and long styles. I am also trying to figure out how to do the fringe ends on my hair textures, which seems to be very useful on flexi pieces and just looks more real and professional. HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!!! I hope this coming year brings everyone good things. I had a different style all made up. I logged into SL after it reopened the other day. Finished up some the last few details of a long flexi style, then took it into my inventory, tried to attach it to myself to readjust and the game crashed on me. DOH. Log back in...look for the hair and it was gone. No where to be found. Extremely mad. So got back on posing stand and started the base again and ended up with a totally different hair. Janet is the new style this week. I added a touch texture changing script to the headband. Tried to load it with a variety of colors to match various outfits. Come by HAIRAPY and try on your demo. Then pick out a color or color pack. Headband instructions in a notecard that comes with the hair. Hope you like.

So now i offer color packs; blond, reds, brown and black. $399 for color packs which saves $50 if you bought individually. The fat pack now offer the 12 colors for $1475 saving $300. New Hair by Request

A few days back a girl IM'd in the fashion freaks group asking if someone makes custom hairs. I thought, mmm, i should try. I IM'd her privately and asked what kind of style she was looking for. She sent me a picture of Reese Witherspoon. A shoulder length curly ringlet style. I thought why not, i'll give it a try. I started and was a bit stumped at first as to how to achieve the ringlet look. Well i tried a few shapes and came up with my end result shown in photo. I merged the pictures to show the comparison. It was fun making it and a bit of a challenge. But i am happy with how it came out. Stop by HAIRAPY and grab a Reese look-a-like hair. :)

New Hair

New style. Not quite out yet, just have to put in the shop. It's called Tracy, after my friend. She's been a great help, encouraged me and just been a good friend. Thank you Tracy. This style is tied back with curl and flex. Hope you like. :) Thanks to all who have purchased my hair so far. I bought this outfit today to wear for the ad, made by Lollypop. Then since it had the gold in it i had to go get Starley's Gold Glitter skin. :) And while there bought her new Ruby dress. Great outfit, so many combinations, worth every Linden.

Well a day after grand opening i managed a new style. Kind of a sexy wind blown look as suggested by my friend Tracy, so i called it Windy.
